Managing that tangle of wires and cables is rendered easy by design, in the EG Workspace! Modern offices are in a constant state of change. Instead of hard-to-service bundles of cables in enclosed channels, EG provides a simple and flexible solution. Each worksurface is fitted with a spacer block channel between the surface and the panel (or wall). This allows cables to be laid in and easily exit where needed. More important this is user serviceable and easily changed as equipment is added or removed. It's just right for today's (and tomorrow's) technology. The spacer channel can be omitted on stand-alone desks or worktables. Work surface grommets and under-surface wire management channels may be specified.
Powering all that technology at your workstation is easy with the UL listed Ecowork power system (EPS). It's simple, flexible, reconfigurable and easily upgraded. The EPS consists of three basic parts:
- PowerNode (the power and data port at the workstation)
- Connecting Cable (connecting the PowerNodes together) and
- Power Feed (connecting the fist Power Node to the building's power distribution system). Additional accessories can enhance use of the EPS.
