The core material for table and shelf surfaces is derived from wheatboard, a rapidly renewable bio based resource or Medite II, a certified recycled woodwaste product. Unlike most composite boards, these materials have no formaldehyde added during production.
Standard surfaces are finished with non-toxic dyes and coated with a durable and transparent, low energy UV finish. These finishes range from vibrant expressives, to subdued earth tones. Also available is a beautiful and sustainable Bamboo veneer, laminated with appropriate non-toxic adhesives.
